I work with both analogue and digital cameras. I have a Canon AE-1 with a 50mm lens and a Canon 6D with a 24-105mm lens but it's been a few months since I last used my digital camera. So far I'm having so much fun experimenting with analogue photography. The thing about it is how it pushes me to work more harder and encouraging me to be more creative. I love the mystery and magic that it gives me.
I started studying psychology until i found out that I was becoming a lot crazier than I already was. Ha! Since I've always been surrounded by creative people a lot, I think that was the starting point of my creative pursuit. I then went on to study Cinematography specializing in Visual Production. Turns out it wasn't as appealing enough for me. The whole numbers and logistics part of it were not my passion so I decided to do something else. I started taking photographs as a hobby for my friend's music band. I love music but I never played any instrument so I found it very appealing to sort of mix both passions. It didn't took me that long to realize that photography was the field I wanted to explore.
I think that if someone wants to pursue something, whatever that is, they only need to have the courage to do it and explore their own possibilities and imagination. As someone very important to me said, "The impossible is in the minds of comfortable people."
